As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Airwallex, you will join our fast-growing and dynamic team to drive Airwallex’s future growth engine. You will challenge the norms, never settle, and relentlessly find a way to create an even better experience for future clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of small and medium enterprise (SME) leads, ranging from qualifying, pitching, onboarding and activating new clients. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing and Channel Partnerships teams to refine our ideal customer profile. As a key member of the Growth team, you will also share valuable insights that will help create an even better experience for future clients.
Job Responsibility:
Advocate for Airwallex: Create a strong first impression to our prospects by providing them with an end-to-end world-class experience and product expertise
Identify Opportunities: Utilize data and speak with prospects to qualify and understand how our use cases can address their business needs and pain points
Educate and Activate: Teach customers how to leverage the full range of Airwallex products, and ensure adoption of our products
Champion Customer Needs: Act as the voice of the customer within Airwallex, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed
Requirements:
Strong Hustle: You love sales, and are driven and resilient to achieve KPIs
Customer Engagement: Confident in directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote Airwallex solutions
Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and a great communicator on the phone and via email
Problem-Solving Abilities: Equipped with strong problem-solving skills, able to address and resolve customer issues effectively
Collaborative: Great team player who enjoys tackling the most difficult challenges with your colleagues
Industry Experience: Less than 2 years experience, and experience in start-up and fintech environments preferred. However, we are also open to bright and hungry candidates who believe they have the aptitude and attitude to have a strong career in sales.
