Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound lead flow with speed and professionalism
Qualify leads effectively by understanding each business's needs, challenges and goals
Own the full sales cycle for smaller businesses
Route high-potential leads to the right Account Executives
Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English
Exceptional communication skills
Genuine curiosity about business, e-commerce and technology

Some experience in a sales or customer-facing environment is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
