Job Description

We are looking for high-performing Sales Agents to join our team supporting Center Parcs, Pierre et Vacances, and MAEVA customers. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven environment, love converting leads, and can confidently influence customers to book holidays and add value to their stay.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage inbound sales and service calls, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Apply strong needs-analysis and persuasive selling techniques to create desire and secure reservations
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products, upgrades, activities, and extended stays
  • Handle service requests, cancellations, modifications, and confirmations using the client's systems
  • Actively contribute to a high-performance, target-driven team culture, consistently working to exceed personal and team KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch speaker
  • Proven sales experience is essential (E) — ideally within travel, hospitality, retail, or call centre environments
  • Demonstrated ability to convert, influence, and close sales in a competitive setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling different customer types
  • A natural drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Professional, motivated, and emotionally resilient
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment (E)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of call centre KPIs (P)
  • Ability to embody Center Parcs' brand values and create memorable customer experiences
