The Role As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will: Manage inbound and outbound calls from warm leads with confidence and professionalism Identify opportunities to upsell financial products and investment solutions Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships Work towards both individual and team sales targets Complete a fully paid two-week training programme designed to set you up for success About You We're looking for someone who: Has experience in inbound and/or outbound sales (call centre experience preferred) Is a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Is target-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a busy environment Is comfortable working in a high-volume call setting Has basic knowledge of financial products (beneficial but not essential) What We Offer £26,220 basic salary plus commission - reward for your success Excellent company benefits package Supportive, fully office-based team environment Monday to Friday working pattern Alternating shifts: 9:00-17:30 and 10:00-18:30 Start date: June 2026
