Job Responsibility:

Process timely member notifications for Approved services and authorizations
Support the Medical Management team in UM functions
Collaborate with multiple teams
Maintain accurate and complete reports and documentation

Requirements:

1+ years’ experience in Healthcare
Must speak and write English
Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrate good communication skills
Ability to adapt to change
Proficiency in typing information and navigating in multiple systems

Nice to have:

LTSS experience
NY Managed or Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) experience
