Job Description:

Provide comprehensive healthcare management to facilitate delivery of appropriate quality healthcare, promote cost effective outcomes and improve program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues. Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services including intake, screening and referrals to Aetna Medical Services Programs. Promotes/supports quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive healthcare management to facilitate delivery of appropriate quality healthcare
Promote cost effective outcomes and improve program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues
Support comprehensive coordination of medical services including intake, screening and referrals to Aetna Medical Services Programs
Promote/support quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services

Requirements:

2-4 years of previous Customer Service experience
High school diploma or GED

Nice to have:

Medical Assisting
Medical office experience
Familiarity with medical terminology and concepts used in care management
Effective communicator
Strong customer service skills
Computer literacy in order to navigate through internal/external computer systems
The ability to effectively communicate in a multi-disciplinary team
