Job Description:

We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Lead who will drive sustainable organic pipeline growth for our B2B tech clients. Our clients are tech companies (cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, automation tools, software development) that receive a significant share of their pipeline from organic channels. The role requires deep expertise in SEO-driven inbound strategy, content performance, and continuous adaptation to AI-driven search environments (AEO, AI Overviews, AI citation visibility, etc.). The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data-driven mindset, and strong understanding of AI impact on organic growth. This is a client-facing, strategy + execution role combining inbound strategy development, content planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will be hands-on in SEO research, content structuring, and organic performance optimization, while collaborating closely with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure high-quality execution aligned with client goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies focused on increasing organic traffic, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
  • Build structured content roadmaps aligned with ICP, buyer journey stages, and revenue goals
  • Identify growth opportunities in search demand, content gaps, and AI-driven visibility
  • Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, search intent clustering, topical authority development, and internal linking logic
  • Adapt content and SEO strategies to AI-driven search environments (AI Overviews, semantic search, structured content)
  • Collaborate with content writers to create high-performing blog posts, landing pages, and expertise pages
  • Ensure on-page SEO best practices and internal linking structure are properly implemented
  • Track and analyze organic performance using tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Amplitude, AmIonAI, ScrunchAI, PeecAI, and Profound. etc
  • Monitor key funnel metrics: traffic → leads → SQLs → pipeline
  • Identify bottlenecks in conversion paths and propose CRO improvements
  • Prepare structured performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations
  • Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO improvements
  • Ensure proper on-page structure, schema markup, and content formatting for AI-readability
  • Collaborate with design and CRO specialists to improve landing page performance
  • Act as a key point of contact for inbound-related topics, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Present strategy updates and performance insights in a structured way
  • Translate performance data into clear next steps aligned with client goals
  • Manage inbound-related timelines and ensure deliverables meet agreed scope and quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO specialists, content writers, designers, developers)
  • Allocate tasks effectively based on priorities and workload
  • Identify and flag bottlenecks early to maintain operational momentum
  • Identify optimization opportunities and proactively test new approaches
  • Stay ahead of AI-driven changes in search behavior and algorithm updates
  • Contribute innovative inbound ideas that directly support client KPIs and business goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B inbound marketing or SEO (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing and how organic supports pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and AI tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Amplitude, AmIonAI, ScrunchAI, PeecAI, Profound)
  • Deep understanding of search intent, content clustering, and topical authority models
  • Experience adapting SEO strategy to AI-driven search environments (AEO, AI visibility, entity optimization)
  • Ability to analyze funnel performance and connect content initiatives to SQL and pipeline metrics
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and presenting performance updates
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting priorities
What we offer:
