  • Develop scalable content roadmaps to strengthen authority and drive conversions
  • Manage off-page SEO and partnerships to maximize impact
  • Define strategy for AI-driven search and discovery (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices
  • Build content optimized for generative and LLM-based search engines
  • Monitor and improve brand presence in AI-driven search results
  • Drive acquisition from organic traffic to qualified leads
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead generation assets
  • Run structured testing and experiments to improve conversions
  • Embed continuous improvement across content and conversion flows
  • Own editorial and inbound content strategy aligned with buyer journeys
  • Identify programmatic and scalable content opportunities
  • Implement repeatable workflows across teams
  • Explore new growth levers to expand organic reach

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in SEO, inbound, or growth marketing (international experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and revenue from organic channels
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge
  • Understanding of AI search evolution, including AEO and LLM optimization
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization and structured experimentation
  • Analytical mindset (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio/Sheets)
  • Proficiency in SEO and growth tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation for growth execution
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Programmatic SEO & WordPress experience
  • HubSpot or similar inbound workflow knowledge
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or multi-location SEO
What we offer:
  • Flexible work setup (remote or hybrid)
  • Direct ownership of revenue-driving initiatives
  • Work across international markets and brands
