Job Responsibility

  • Answering customers’ calls, tracking customers’ parcels and solving issues like damaged or missing parcels
  • Turning tricky situations into favorable experiences for customers
  • Helping customers with enquiries from calculating postage rates to booking passport appointments

Requirements
