Job Responsibility

  • Answering customers’ calls, using your powers of deduction to track customers’ parcels and solve issues like damaged or missing parcels
  • Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers
  • Helping our customers with a range of different enquiries from calculating postage rates to helping book passport appointments
  • Tech-savvy enough to work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and simultaneous tasks
