Job Responsibility:

  • Providing regular phone and face‑to‑face support to participants in ongoing employment
  • Helping individuals overcome workplace challenges and celebrating their achievements
  • Identifying barriers and offering practical, solution‑focused support
  • Coordinating training, resources, and services tailored to each participant’s needs
  • Managing your caseload with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintaining clear records, meeting performance goals, and contributing to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in Employment Services or strong customer service/people‑focused skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Confidence working independently and staying motivated
  • Experience in fast‑paced or performance‑driven environments
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort using Microsoft Office
  • A genuine passion for helping people succeed in long‑term employment
