Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high level of customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
  • Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain a high level of image standards in store
  • Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
  • Create, propose and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends
  • Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required
  • Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback
  • Support the other store functions as required

Requirements

  • 1 or more years Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry OR a Visual Merchandising qualification
  • Appreciation for fashion & product
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team
  • Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
