Job Description

We are looking for an In Store Merchandiser to join one of our exciting MEGA stores at Lakeside Shopping Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the visual element of fashion and is looking to grow their career. As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store. Reporting to the Area Visual Manager and the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every visual element reflects our identity and enhances the customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines across all departments, ensuring consistency and creativity
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Regularly refresh window and in-store displays to reflect current trends, promotions, and product launches
  • Analyse store layout and customer flow to optimise product placement and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify key commercial opportunities and adapt visual strategies accordingly
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep our visual approach fresh and relevant
  • Identify visual skill levels within the store team and deliver hands-on training to build confidence and capability
  • Work closely with sales associates to ensure visual standards are maintained throughout the day
  • Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and feedback are encouraged
  • Support the Store Manager in driving a service-first mentality and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Assist with stock management, floor moves, and promotional setups
  • Ensure all visual merchandising complies with health and safety standards
