Job Description

Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The In-seat Runner is responsible for keeping inventory of items, stocking, and cleaning/ clearing products and items to ensure business and customer needs are met. Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made. Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

Job Responsibility

  • Stocking of all pantries with product
  • Ensures that individual suites are inventoried and stocked to department par standards
  • Refilling par bars within the suites and private areas
  • Shifts include standing and sitting for 6-10 hours at a time
  • Stocking of the in-seat locations
  • Assisting in inventory controls
  • Assisting in running food on event days
  • Assisting in cleanliness of in-seat spaces and surrounding areas
  • Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
  • Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
  • Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older (Required)
  • Requires daily lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25lbs.
  • TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
  • ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
  • Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs. through doorways and over carpet (Required)
  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic reading, writing and math skills
  • Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
