Job Description:

Lead the In Room Dining team at Brisbane Marriott Hotel, delivering room service to guests while maintaining high standards and empowering team members to make an impact.

Job Responsibility:

Lead your In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Lead the In Room Dining team in general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers

Requirements:

An up to date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in Australia
