Job Responsibility:

Lead the In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
Ensure the team adequately stock and clean the back of house area at all times
Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Oversee that the In Room Dining team complete general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen
Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

Requirements:

An up to date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar team lead role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
