Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the In Room Dining Department in absence of the Manager
  • To work to ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites
  • To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests
  • Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette
  • Take guest in-room dining orders
  • Communicate special requests to the kitchen
  • Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards
  • Respond and answer guests' requests and inquiries
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience of relevant experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel
  • Technical education in Hospitality management or service methods is preferred
