We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the In Room Dining Department in absence of the Manager
To work to ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites
To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests
Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette
Take guest in-room dining orders
Communicate special requests to the kitchen
Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards
Respond and answer guests' requests and inquiries
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Requirements:
2 years’ experience of relevant experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel
Technical education in Hospitality management or service methods is preferred
