Job Responsibility:
Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist managers to maintain normal operations
The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
The ability to anticipate and service of guest’s requirements before requests are necessary
The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day
Requirements:
One to two years previous experience as captain, supervisory or senior server position in luxury hotel
College degree or equivalent
Fluent in spoken English, able to have daily conversations with guests
