Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist managers to maintain normal operations
  • The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
  • The ability to anticipate and service of guest’s requirements before requests are necessary
  • The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
  • The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day

Requirements

  • One to two years previous experience as captain, supervisory or senior server position in luxury hotel
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken English, able to have daily conversations with guests
