Job Description:

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). Oversee daily In-Room Dining operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional private dining experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise day-to-day In-Room Dining operations, including Mini Bar and special events
  • Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms
  • Monitor staff performance, maintain standards, and provide coaching where necessary
  • Manage daily requisitions for food, beverage, and operational equipment
  • Maintain discipline, organization, and cleanliness of all service areas
  • Conduct regular quality checks on guest service, staff appearance, and Mini Bar operations
  • Make personal contact with VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure exceptional service
  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to meet guest requirements and special requests
  • Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of In-Room Dining staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Support preparation of departmental budgets, goals, and business plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the In-Room Dining Manager or Director of Food & Beverage

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • hospitality management experience preferred
  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
  • Proven experience in In-Room Dining, hotel dining, or food & beverage supervision
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • proficiency in Greek is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus
