At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). Oversee daily In-Room Dining operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional private dining experiences for our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise day-to-day In-Room Dining operations, including Mini Bar and special events
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms
Monitor staff performance, maintain standards, and provide coaching where necessary
Manage daily requisitions for food, beverage, and operational equipment
Maintain discipline, organization, and cleanliness of all service areas
Conduct regular quality checks on guest service, staff appearance, and Mini Bar operations
Make personal contact with VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure exceptional service
Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to meet guest requirements and special requests
Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of In-Room Dining staff
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
Support preparation of departmental budgets, goals, and business plans
Perform other duties as assigned by the In-Room Dining Manager or Director of Food & Beverage
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
hospitality management experience preferred
Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
Proven experience in In-Room Dining, hotel dining, or food & beverage supervision
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is essential
proficiency in Greek is an advantage
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus
