Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking an experienced and service-driven Cabana Supervisor to lead our poolside dining experience throughout the spring and summer season. As the warmer months conclude and the pool closes, this role will transition into an In-Room Dining Supervisor, offering year-round leadership opportunity within Food & Beverage operations. This is a unique dual-role position designed for a hospitality professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about elevated guest service.
Job Responsibility:
Leading daily cabana and poolside food & beverage operations
Supervising, coaching, and motivating the pool service team
Ensuring service standards align with Four Seasons luxury expectations
Creating a welcoming, energetic, and refined poolside atmosphere
Managing guest requests and resolving concerns with confidence and care
Overseeing cleanliness, setup, stock levels, and presentation of the pool area
Supervising daily In-Room Dining operations and service flow
Supporting and guiding the IRD team to deliver personalised guest experiences
Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and presentation of orders
Maintaining strong communication with Culinary, Front Office, and Guest Experience teams
Upholding hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within luxury or premium hospitality
Confident leader with a warm, engaging service style
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working across different service environments
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
Current RSA certificate essential
