Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Department while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
Assist Department Head to complete/meet PWT goal
Implement new benchmark standard training and assist Department Head to meet yearly goal
Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated
Assist team and DH to assist department goal
Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas
Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager
Requirements:
Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as they relates to Cashiering
Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator
Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software
Ability to read, write and speak English & Japanese
Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, cost control
