You will ideally have a special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food and beverage offering is at the center of our guest experience. You will be responsible for offering guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience in their rooms. You must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
Job Responsibility:
Breakdown, clean and set-up tray tables and Room Service side stations
Assist with delivery of food items to guest rooms
Assist with the cleaning of operational areas
Ensure full understanding of the menu with the ability to effectively provide our customers with detailed description of dishes
Clear, clean and set-up room service tray tables
ensure that guest corridors and service landings are free from tray tables and debris
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Requirements:
Previous F&B experience/or the Internship is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation
Outstanding communications skills with a strong command of the English language
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week
Current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic or EU Passport
