The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests. Always just a telephone call away, around the clock, the In-Room Dining team provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional quality and service to guests
Offer prompt, correct, precise, and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests
Ensure the timeliness of service
Provide an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism, and friendliness
Requirements:
Affinity for guest service
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service
Ability to push up to 30lbs
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Solid food and wine knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
