Job Responsibility

  • Maintain professional and harmonious relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and all departments
  • Comply with Four Seasons Work Rules & Standards of Conduct (Category 1 & 2) as set forth in EmPact
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns or requests
  • Assist in other departmental areas as needed
  • Provide engaging explanations of food & beverage menu items, including origin, taste, and preparation
  • Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate them to kitchen/bar teams
  • Verify completed orders and serve guests in a timely manner
  • Break down, clean, and set up tables and drink stations
  • Perform duties assigned by the Outlet Manager
  • Accurately process guest checks and handle cash/credit card payments
  • Properly settle voided checks and complimentary items
  • Be mindful of spoilage and contribute to cost control

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
