In Room Dining Server

• Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
• Responsible for delivery of food orders including any amenities, special needs or requests to the guest room
• Check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order and transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
• Ensure proper food quality and set-up for service while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
• Assist in setting up carts and guest amenities while communicating to staff, guests and kitchen as needed
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate any requests through the proper channels

• Minimum of one year of food service or related work
• Prior experience in a hotel setting preferred
• Must have working knowledge of computers
• Accurate and efficient communication required for guest facing role
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess the ability to work autonomously
• Fluency in English is required
• This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States
