In Room Dining Server

• Stock and replenish in-room private bars, private bar menus and emptying and customizing private bar
• Serve duties constants of guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
• To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort
• To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

• High school education or equivalent experience
• At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization
• Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
• Reading, writing, oral proficiency in the English language
• Good knowledge of computer skills
• Ability to work a full shift standing
• Ability to lift/push/pull/carry objects up to 100lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout full shift
• Ability to work inside and outside
• Subject to all weather conditions
• including sun, wind, and rain
• Ability to work with chemical/agents as needed
• Ability to work in cramped quarters
• between kitchen/food & beverage area and storage areas
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to operate food & beverage equipment
• Hearing/speech/vision/literacy ability to have one on one communication with guests and employees and to perform job functions and duties as assigned
• Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions

Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
