Job Description:

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for an In Room Dining Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional service and seamless coordination of in-room dining experiences for guests
  • Offer guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience while conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness
  • Deliver exceptional 24/7 in-room dining service by providing food and beverages directly to guests’ rooms while ensuring a high-quality, enjoyable dining experience
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance while delivering quick, accurate, and friendly in-room dining service
  • Communicate clearly with guests, accommodating special requests, ensuring timely delivery and proper order setup

Requirements:

  • Legal work authorization in United States
  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Weekend, Holiday and evening availability required
  • Ability to communicate professional and accurately with strong Customer Service skills
