Job Description:

The role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, adhering to quality standards, and exemplifying the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton within a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables according to type of event and service standards
answer questions on menu selections
communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
record transactions in MICROS system
maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
complete closing duties
process guest payments
follow safety and security policies and procedures
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
welcome and acknowledge guests
anticipate and address guest service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
develop and maintain positive working relationships
adhere to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience.
