Answer all In‑Room Dining calls promptly using proper etiquette, tone, and brand scripting
Accurately take guest food and beverage orders, confirming preferences, special requests, dietary needs, and allergies
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and preparation methods to confidently make recommendations and enhance the guest experience
Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate details clearly to the kitchen and service team
Coordinate order timing, delivery, and follow‑up to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and create memorable moments in line with Ritz‑Carlton service values
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, taking ownership and initiating service recovery when needed
