We are seeking a service-driven and operationally strong Room Service Manager to lead In-Room Dining operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Director of Restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service delivery, high-quality food presentation, and strict adherence to Four Seasons standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, service excellence, and operational efficiency within the In-Room Dining function.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage all In-Room Dining (Room Service) operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
Ensure all room service orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and in line with Four Seasons service standards
Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely order execution
Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and quality controls for Room Service operations
Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of the Room Service team
Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and service recovery efforts to continuously improve the guest experience
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards, including HACCP and local regulations
Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and inventory related to In-Room Dining operations
Support menu development and presentation in collaboration with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership
Prepare operational reports, including sales performance, productivity, and service quality metrics
Lead pre-opening activities, special projects, and service enhancements related to In-Room Dining when required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Room Service Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of In-Room Dining operations, service standards, and guest expectations
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands-on service approach
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service compliance standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
