Job Description

We are seeking a service-driven and operationally strong Room Service Manager to lead In-Room Dining operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Director of Restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service delivery, high-quality food presentation, and strict adherence to Four Seasons standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, service excellence, and operational efficiency within the In-Room Dining function.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all In-Room Dining (Room Service) operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all room service orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and in line with Four Seasons service standards
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely order execution
  • Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and quality controls for Room Service operations
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of the Room Service team
  • Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and service recovery efforts to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards, including HACCP and local regulations
  • Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and inventory related to In-Room Dining operations
  • Support menu development and presentation in collaboration with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership
  • Prepare operational reports, including sales performance, productivity, and service quality metrics
  • Lead pre-opening activities, special projects, and service enhancements related to In-Room Dining when required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Room Service Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of In-Room Dining operations, service standards, and guest expectations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands-on service approach
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service compliance standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
