Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage experience in a luxury hotel, including leadership or supervisory experience, with a strong preference for In-Room Dining or restaurant operations in high-volume, fine dining, or all-day dining environments
Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B and labor management

Job Responsibility

Support the daily operation of In-Room Dining, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and personalized guest service standards are maintained at all times
Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate In-Room Dining employees while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Maintain a strong presence during service periods to support the team, engage with guests, and ensure seamless operations
Monitor order accuracy, delivery timing, and presentation standards to ensure an elevated luxury dining experience
Handle guest concerns, service recovery opportunities, and special requests with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate with Culinary and hotel leadership teams to support menu updates, promotions, and operational initiatives
Assist with scheduling, payroll oversight, labor management, and inventory controls to support financial objectives
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards as well as all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Partner with Front Office and Guest Experience teams to coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, and customized in-room dining experiences
Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and development initiatives to drive continuous improvement
