As an In-Room Dining Associate, you take initiative to provide timely, accurate, and courteous service, making every order feel like part of a luxury experience. Job Responsibility:
Delivering an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service within the in-room dining operation
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, with attention to presentation and guest preferences
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of trays, trolleys, and pantry areas at all times and promoting this as best practice
Proactively learning menu items, seasonal offerings, and changes in service standards – you are encouraged to review menus off shift
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company Food & Beverage Safety Programs within your area of responsibility, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations
Reporting maintenance issues immediately to appropriate personnel (management or maintenance)
Strong product knowledge of food, beverages, and in-room dining procedures is essential
Attitude, grooming, body language, and tone must always be positive, professional, and on brand
Attendance at monthly departmental meetings and 1:1 sessions is essential to stay informed and aligned
Carrying out other duties as required by the In-Room Dining or F&B Management team
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellence in guest service
Knowledge of overall hotel operations is beneficial to understand your role in the wider guest experience
