The In-Room Dining Coordinator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for a food & beverage professional that shares a passion for exceptional service and who infuses enthusiasm and passion into everything they do.
Job Responsibility:
Takes guest in-room dining orders and communicates special requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
coordinates delivery of orders by Room Service Servers in a timely manner according to Four Seasons Standards
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in In Room Dining in a luxury hotel/resort setting
excellent communications skills
ability to work in a high paced environment
