Job Description

Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist managers to maintain normal operations. The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience confirming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Requirements

Serve as a subject matter expert for one type of equipment and oversee everyday tasks and troubleshooting within their area of expertise. Have a hands-on understanding of how equipment works within disciplines they have been trained and how to troubleshoot equipment, systems, subsystems, and components independently within their trained discipline(s).
