Job Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding in-room dining service, ensuring each guest’s experience is seamless, memorable, and delivered with care
  • Take and deliver orders promptly while providing guests with information about the menu, specials, and beverage options
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service areas, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are upheld
  • Handle special requests and cater to guest dietary needs or preferences
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient, timely service
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations with personalised service
  • Assist with special events, functions, and large bookings as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive, friendly, and can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and work well with the team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
