The In-Room Dining Assistant Manager oversees all facets of the Room Service and Private Bar Department. The Manager must supervise the consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites. The manager is responsible for directing the work of employees in the Room Service Department while ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining par stocks of inventory for Room Service. They are also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.
