Requirements
Mechanical Engineering graduate with more than 5 years of experience from an Automotive Manufacturing background
Diploma with 8 years of experience in relevant field is acceptable
Must have knowledge on TPM methodology, Quality Circle, Advanced Quality Planning, Inspection Equipment / Techniques
Must have hands-on exposure in Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis - Using Minitab software, Capability studies, statistical analysis using various QC Tools, Metal forming, assembly processes, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
Must have knowledge on Heat Treatment furnaces and related quality processes, APQP, PPAP, Calibration MSA, Customer Compliant Handling, Warranty Analysis, Burden Ratio Analysis
Must have handled Change management process
IATF 16949 certification for internal auditor
Must have system knowledge on TS IATF 16949, ISO14001 and Customer specific standards
Should be able collaborate and work with Cross Functional team
Should have good communication skills
Should have flair for employee relations - should be able to work closely with his team, leading, motivating and challenging them to achieve higher targets
