Job Responsibility:

  • Support of the Production Process and In process visual inspection of non conforming products
  • Perform visual inspection and repair on the manufacturing floor
  • Verify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection
  • Make repairs on products at Sub Lams and Outer Layer products
  • Work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers in dealing with priorities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience
  • Ability to perform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touch up
  • Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Inspection of product for conformance to customer and industry specifications
  • Experience with IPC 600
  • Must be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts and tolerance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs require
  • Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility)
