Job Description:

We’re hiring an In-Play Sports Trader to join our growing team of sharp market-makers. You’ll be in the thick of it — managing real-time odds, booking high-limit action, and making rapid-fire decisions during the game. This is not your typical sportsbook role. You’ll have visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to work directly with some of the best minds in the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor live games and update odds in real-time using internal tools
  • Analyze incoming bets and exposure across multiple markets
  • Work collaboratively with pre-game traders and risk managers
  • Balance sharp action, public money, and game dynamics on the fly
  • Ensure market accuracy, availability, and integrity across platforms
  • Contribute to pricing discussions for future games and events
  • Spot trading inefficiencies and bring ideas to the team for improvement

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sports trading, preferably in live/in-play markets
  • Strong understanding of major U.S. sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, etc.)
  • Calm under pressure — you’ll be working in seconds, not minutes
  • Excellent mental math skills and comfort with fast decision-making
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak game times (flexibility is key)
  • Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate (this role is fully on-site)

Nice to have:

  • SQL or Excel modeling experience
  • Betting market experience (as a bettor or operator)
  • Knowledge of risk management or exposure balancing
What we offer:
  • Be part of a team that sets the market, not follows it
  • Work in a true trading room — fast-paced, high-responsibility, collaborative
  • Exposure to sharp bettors, high-stakes limits, and real-time decision-making
  • Opportunities to grow into pre-match trading, risk, or market-making roles
