Keep the front desk, lobby, or service area organized and presentable
Follow company procedures and service standards during all customer interactions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service, front desk, retail, or receptionist experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
