In-Land Delivery Coordinator

• Inbound calls
• Processing customer requests and data via email or calls
• Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries
• Act as liaison between customer and sales
• Update requests when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes
• Schedule and coordinate the pickup and delivery of goods to and from ports
• Provide accurate and timely information on shipment status and resolve inquiries or issues

• Based in or around Vancouver
• Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software's
• Sales Force /CRM an asset
