Corporate Tools is looking to add an In-House Therapist as part of our commitment to our employees overall well-being. This job is coded as “Hybrid” which means the candidate selected for this role must be okay with coming into the office from time to time. If hired, you would visit our Post Falls, ID office for a week of training and getting to know the team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of clinical experience
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, related field or a Bachelor's with equivalent experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Current with all state licensing requirements, including LPCC, LICSW and LMFT
  • Current licensing in Texas
  • Willingness to get licensed in Idaho, Washington, and additional states as needed

Nice to have:

  • Preferred experience leading group therapy sessions
  • Preferred experience as an in-house therapist for a small / medium sized business
