Job Description

To manage a caseload of personal injury claims (both within and outside the MOJ & OIC Portals) and litigated credit hire claims on behalf of clients from commencement of litigation to trial or earlier settlement. Engage with clients, counsel, third party insurers and solicitors to maximise the outcome of clients’ claims and assist in the issuing of other claims within the Firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims (both within and outside the MOJ & OIC Portals) and litigated credit hire claims on behalf of clients from commencement of litigation to trial or earlier settlement
  • Engage with clients, counsel, third party insurers and solicitors to maximise the outcome of clients’ claims
  • Assist in the issuing of other claims within the Firm

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Prior experience of Personal Injury / Credit Hire in a client-focused, litigation role
  • Working knowledge of the overall Claims process (pre and post-litigation) including: Claim Notification Forms, Fundamental arguments, Court Deadlines, Part 7 Claims, Part 8 Claims
