Capital Vacations is seeking experienced In-House Sales Professionals to join our growing team at Calypso Cay Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. If you're an experienced vacation ownership sales professional looking for strong leadership, competitive compensation, and unlimited earning potential, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with existing owners to enhance and expand their vacation ownership
  • Present vacation ownership solutions through a proven sales process
  • Build value and create memorable ownership experiences
  • Leverage strong leadership support to maximize performance
  • Consistently achieve and exceed production goals
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and success

Requirements

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Previous In-House Sales experience in the vacation ownership industry
  • Proven closing and sales performance history
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Nice to have

  • Orlando market experience
  • Track record of consistent production and customer satisfaction
  • Desire to grow into future leadership opportunities
