The In-House Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and motivating the In-House Sales team to exceed goals while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a history of high performance in vacation ownership sales, and a passion for coaching and developing a winning team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead daily sales operations for the In-House Sales team at our Pigeon Forge location
Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to exceed performance goals
Conduct daily meetings, trainings, and team huddles to motivate and align staff
Analyze team and individual performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with marketing, training, and operations teams to ensure pipeline and closing efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and ethical sales practices
Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent
Requirements:
Active Tennessee Timeshare Sales License (REQUIRED)
2+ years of In-House Timeshare Sales management experience
Proven ability to lead successful sales teams in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills
Strong closing skills and in-depth understanding of the vacation ownership sales process
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Professional presence with a results-oriented, team-first mindset
