Job Description

The In-House Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and motivating the In-House Sales team to exceed goals while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a history of high performance in vacation ownership sales, and a passion for coaching and developing a winning team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead daily sales operations for the In-House Sales team at our Pigeon Forge location
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to exceed performance goals
  • Conduct daily meetings, trainings, and team huddles to motivate and align staff
  • Analyze team and individual performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, training, and operations teams to ensure pipeline and closing efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and ethical sales practices
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent

Requirements

  • Active Tennessee Timeshare Sales License (REQUIRED)
  • 2+ years of In-House Timeshare Sales management experience
  • Proven ability to lead successful sales teams in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills
  • Strong closing skills and in-depth understanding of the vacation ownership sales process
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Professional presence with a results-oriented, team-first mindset
