Job Responsibility
Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced In-House Sales Representatives
Assist with closing and structuring sales transactions
Drive team production, VPG, and overall performance
Create a culture of accountability, energy, and professionalism
Mentor future leaders and top producers
Ensure compliance and sales presentation standards are maintained
Partner with senior leadership to execute business objectives
Requirements
Active Florida Real Estate License
Vacation Ownership Industry Experience
Previous In-House Sales Management experience
Proven track record of developing top-performing sales professionals
Strong closing, coaching, and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
Orlando market experience
Experience leading high-volume owner sales teams
History of driving multi-million-dollar production environments
