You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and professional process.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for homes and schools, from job posting to offer stage
Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process
Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
Maintain and optimise our Applicant Tracking System and recruitment channels
Use data and insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes
Represent Bright Futures Care professionally, promoting our values and culture
Requirements:
Proven experience as an in-house recruiter
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and solutions-driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
Experience recruiting in the care sector is desirable but not essential
