Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across site and head office roles (e.g., Site Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Health & Safety Officers, Trades, and Labourers)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future projects
  • Manage relationships with agencies where required
  • Oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies
  • Enhance employer branding within the construction sector

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within construction, engineering, or trades
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish construction market
  • Proven ability to source hard-to-fill technical and site-based roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law and recruitment best practice
