In-house Product Demonstrator

• Deliver clear, polished, and interactive face‑to‑face demonstrations
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value in an engaging, simple way
• Encourage hands‑on product trials and guide customers with confidence and safety
• Answer questions and provide honest, informative advice to help customers choose the right product
• Influence buying decisions through excellent communication and product knowledge
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate
• Maintain strong product expertise to handle customer needs and objections
• Be the "face of the brand" for walk-in customers, showroom visitors, retailers, and partners
• Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere at all times
• Keep the demonstration area clean, stocked, and visually appealing

• Customer-service or sales experience (preferred)
