Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented In-House Photographer to join our Madrid Creative Production team. This role goes beyond covering events; you’ll help define how our experiences are visually told. From large-scale experiential productions to studio shoots and social-first content, you will be responsible for capturing moments that translate into powerful marketing assets. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and execution: shooting in fast-paced, often low-light environments, delivering high-quality imagery with speed and consistency, and collaborating closely with Creative to ensure every frame serves a purpose. You will also have the opportunity to be part of building our internal production studio, a space to experiment, test ideas, create from scratch, and elevate our visual language without predefined limits. This is a role for someone who wants to contribute not only to execution, but to creation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Capture high-impact photography across live experiences, activations, and studio shoots
  • Shoot confidently in dynamic and low-light environments
  • Create social-native, lifestyle-driven content
  • Own the full workflow: from capture to edit to final delivery
  • Collaborate with Creative and Production to align on visual direction and performance needs
  • Contribute to the development of our internal production studio
  • Occasionally travel within Europe for key productions

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional photography experience
  • hands-on experience supporting photo productions end-to-end, with a solid understanding of how shoots are planned, executed, and delivered
  • strong portfolio showcasing event, live shows, experiential, or lifestyle work
  • comfortable working in studio environments, with a strong understanding of controlled lighting setups, modifiers, and professional equipment
  • confident in shooting in low-light and challenging environments
  • solid editing skills (Lightroom, Capture One, Photoshop, Bridge)
  • understands formats, exports, and delivery standards
  • understands how photography serves marketing objectives and stays up to date with visual trends across digital and social platforms
  • clear understanding of file management workflows, storage systems, and collaboration with post-production teams
  • detail-oriented and quality-driven
  • thrives in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment
  • willing to travel occasionally within Europe

Nice to have:

  • Basic video skills
  • Experience with retouching or AI-assisted editing
  • Familiarity with DAM systems or structured asset management
What we offer:
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Home office friendly
  • Health insurance and other benefits, such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee
  • English and/or Spanish Lessons
  • Wellhub membership
  • Free food, drink, and fruit at the office
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
